Silverbrooke is a new development in Porirua’s coveted Whitby neighborhood. Enjoying convenient links to the Wellington CBD as well as easy access to native bush and walking trails, Silverbrooke has quickly become one of the Region’s hottest residential destinations. 

Quattro Build’s work at Stage One consisted of seven three-bedroom, two-bath terraced townhouses, each with an attached garage and generous outdoor space. In addition to all building carpentry work, Quattro was integral to the delivery of all landscaping elements such as driveways, fences, screens, and retaining walls. Stage One of Silverbrooke achieved Practical Completion in August 2022, with Code Compliance and handover completed in early September.
